In the past time, we have received many responses from customers having difficulty recharging their accounts — specifically, new customers entering the market who do not fully understand how to use crypto-wallets.
Therefore, we started to implement deposit methods through different payment gateways such as Perfect Money, Payeer, VISA, Paypal … with the desire to bring more convenience to our customers.
To avoid money laundering, we will tighten the management of investor identity verification. For each payment gateway, we will require KYC before use. Please note that the KYC information needs to match the information you are using for payment.
As expected, in May, we will gradually integrate payment gateways. Whenever there is a new payment gateway, we will notify investors through the official information channels of Bioptions.
